Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for breaking with The Card Lab. We are here to help with all of your questions and hope you are enjoying our breaks! Here is our policy around refunds and returns:
We offer refunds on break spot purchases under the following conditions:
- The break has been cancelled (we will refund automatically)
- The break has been delayed by 30 days from its original start date (as specified on the product page)
We do not accept refunds if a customer does not hit any cards during a break. This is specified on all product pages and our How This Works page as well.
To request a refund due to a delayed break, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do not accept returns on cards that were hit during a break. If a card is significantly damaged, please email email@example.com and we will investigate the matter accordingly.
